How do I start a transfer?+
Open @PasPayAppBot on Telegram, tap Start, select your destination country, enter the amount, and follow the prompts. Your first transfer takes about 2 minutes to set up.
What documents do I need?+
For transfers under $500: just your Telegram account. For $500–$5,000: a selfie + ID photo. For $5,000+: additional verification may be required. We keep it minimal.
How long does a transfer take?+
Most transfers complete in 15–60 minutes. Some corridors (e.g., Africa) may take 2–6 hours during business hours. We always show you the estimated time before you confirm.
What if my transfer is delayed?+
Delays over 6 hours are extremely rare. Contact us via @PasPayAppBot and our team will investigate within 1 hour.
Can I cancel a transfer?+
Transfers can be cancelled within 10 minutes of initiation for a full refund. After that, the funds are in transit and cannot be recalled.
Is my money safe?+
Yes. Funds in transit are held in segregated accounts and never commingled with operating funds. We use licensed payment partners with full regulatory oversight.
What are your transfer limits?+
Basic accounts: $500/day, $2,000/month. Verified accounts: $10,000/day, $50,000/month. Business accounts: custom limits, contact us.
Which currencies can I send?+
USD, EUR, GBP, RUB, AED, CNY, KZT, TRY, BRL, SAR, INR. Recipient always gets local currency.
Do you report transactions to authorities?+
We comply with all applicable laws including FATF, OFAC, and local MSB regulations. Suspicious transactions are reported as required by law. Normal transfers are private.
How do I get a receipt?+
After each successful transfer, @PasPayAppBot sends you a confirmation with a unique transaction ID. You can also request a PDF receipt by messaging the bot.
